Karaoke Cable Scarf

I just joined this KAL and I'm very happy to be here. I love knitting cables!

My first project for this KAL is the Karoke Cable Scarf from Knit Pixie. I'm using Gedifra Fashion Trend Stripe in color 4612 on size US 7 (4.50 mm) Bryspun needles.

This pattern is very easy to memorize and fun to knit. I like the way the cables turn into each other. The scarf is quite narrow (3" unblocked) but I'm only using it as an accent rather than a functional scarf. I think I might make a few more of these for Christmas gifts for some of the teenagers on my gift list.

Thanks for letting me participate in this KAL. I love looking at everyone's great cable projects.

I found the yarn in the clearance bin so I'm not sure if it is still being sold. I haven't seen it anywhere else which is too bad because it is very pretty.
